Dr. Stephen James
Stephen has served the Chamber and the community since 2014. He joined as the Treasurer and then took the role of Vice President for a number of years before being elected as President.
Stephen has over 28 years experience in the government and corporate world, having started his career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the late 90s. He is a Senior Partner at The Centium Group; a highly regarded management consulting firm, with clients across the Commonwealth, State and Local Government sectors as well as the commercial and Not for Profit sectors.
Beyond this, Stephen owns and oversees a group of companies and employs over 320 staff spanning the legal, manufacturing, retail, digital media, food, clothing, property and mining sectors. His group also undertakes numerous philanthropic activities including financial and other support to animal welfare groups and the arts, and seed funding for startups.
David has spent much of his life in community service including 30 years as a Rotarian and the recipient of the international Paul Harris Medal for services to community.
He has served on a number of Council Committees to progress the place that he lives, including: the Economic Development Advisory Committee; the Tree Changers Committee; and he worked on the advertising campaign “Goulburn Australia".
He worked on the Extractive Industry Working Group that connected local trades and suppliers with Marulan's quarries, and then facilitated school grants and work experience for young people in our LGA at the quarries . He also worked on the Council's Rates Working Party to set council rates across the LGA.
He is currently on the Village Plan Steering Committee and this year stepped down after eight years as President of the Chamber of Commerce.
Linda has served the Chamber and the community since 2016.
Jacqui has served the Chamber and the community since 2017.
Daniel has served the Chamber and the community since 2017.
